Dear Cornerstone Family,
Happy Easter! I am so excited about this Sunday as we celebrate Easter together! There will be fun for the whole family! Our kids will be celebrating with an Easter Egg hunt, games, and learning about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
As adults, we will begin a brand-new series called, The Miracle Of Mercy. God’s number one characteristic throughout the Bible is mercy. His mercy heals broken hearts, reconciles relationships, restores forgotten dreams, and refreshes tired souls. It’s the cure to every insecurity, worry, and fear.
In Romans 4:25 (NLT2) we read, “[Jesus] was handed over to die because of our sins, and He was raised to life to make us right with God.” God didn’t overlook our sins. He had Jesus pay for our sins. To value God’s mercy, I must understand the cost of the cross. If I truly understand mercy, I will not feel guilty or ashamed anymore because Jesus has paid my debt in full! If I truly understand mercy, then I will begin to live my life as His child in the light of His mercy and grace. The more I understand the cross, the more I will value His mercy in my life.
1 Peter 1:3 (NIV) tells us, “In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”

Refreshments between services. The Children’s Ministry is planning a special program and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids.
Family Night – Tuesdays
Come check out Family Night every Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm. Connect and meet some new friends. All ages-everyone welcome! We meet in the café for dinner, worship together, then break into small groups. The kids are in age-appropriate groups that include study and activities.
